Scope of Services
DATRA specializes in the development, manufacturing, and supply of TF cards, microSD cards, flash memory products, and customized storage solutions. We provide products for consumer, industrial, automotive, surveillance, and other embedded applications.
Product Specifications & Ordering
Customers are responsible for providing accurate product requirements, including capacity, speed class, NAND type, operating temperature, endurance, controller requirements, and other technical specifications where applicable.
Before production, DATRA will confirm the agreed product specifications, quantities, pricing, lead time, and other applicable requirements with the customer. Orders will be processed according to the mutually confirmed quotation or purchase order.
Payment & Delivery
Payment terms, production lead times, shipping methods, and delivery conditions will be agreed upon before order confirmation. Production and shipment schedules may vary depending on product specifications, order quantities, customization requirements, and component availability.
Quality Assurance & Warranty
DATRA maintains strict quality control throughout the manufacturing and testing process. Products are tested according to the agreed specifications and applicable quality standards.
If a product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect or fails to meet the agreed specifications under normal use, the customer may request replacement, rework, or refund, subject to our quality assessment and the agreed warranty terms.
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, abnormal operating conditions, or other factors outside DATRA’s control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DATRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
DATRA’s total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific products or order giving rise to the claim.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All intellectual property, including product designs, firmware, technical documentation, specifications, trademarks, and proprietary technologies, remains the property of DATRA or its respective rights holders.
Customer-provided designs, specifications, data, and other confidential information remain the property of the customer. DATRA will use such information only for the purpose of providing the agreed products and services and will take reasonable measures to protect confidential information.
Product Changes
DATRA reserves the right to make reasonable changes to components, manufacturing processes, or product configurations when necessary to improve product quality, reliability, or supply continuity, provided that such changes do not materially affect the agreed product specifications or performance.
Termination
DATRA may suspend or terminate services or orders in cases including material breach of these Terms and Conditions, misuse of our products or services, fraudulent activity, or failure to meet agreed payment obligations.
Amendments
DATRA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any revised version will become effective upon publication on our website or notification to the customer, where applicable.
Privacy and Data Protection

Severability
